1. RESERVATIONS
All reservation requests are subject to vehicle and driver availability.
Submission of an online reservation request, quote request, contact form, or booking form does not guarantee availability and does not constitute a confirmed reservation.
A reservation is considered confirmed only after Lucky 7 Transportation LLC provides confirmation by email or text message and the customer accepts the reservation terms.
2. PAYMENT
We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and cash.
Payment terms and pricing will be outlined in the reservation confirmation.
3. CANCELLATION POLICY
More than 72 hours before the scheduled pickup:
• A 25% cancellation fee applies.
Within 72 hours of the scheduled pickup:
• Reservations become non-refundable.
Same-day cancellations:
• No refund will be issued.
No-shows:
• No-shows are non-refundable.
4. RESERVATION CHANGES
Changes requested within 72 hours of the scheduled service may be treated as a cancellation and rebooking and are subject to availability.
5. HOURLY SERVICE POLICY
Hourly services are billed based on the reserved time, not actual usage.
The minimum hourly reservation is four (4) hours unless otherwise agreed.
If the customer elects to end the service before the reserved end time, no refund, credit, or reduction in charges will be provided.
The reserved vehicle and driver remain unavailable to other customers during the booked time period regardless of actual usage.
Additional time requested beyond the original reservation is subject to availability and additional charges.
6. AIRPORT PICKUPS
Lucky 7 Transportation monitors commercial flight arrivals whenever possible.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate flight information and contact information.
Airport pickup instructions will be included in the reservation confirmation.
7. WAITING TIME
Reasonable waiting time is included for airport arrivals.
Additional waiting time charges may apply if passengers significantly delay pickup after baggage collection or after the scheduled pickup time.
8. NO-SHOW POLICY
A reservation will be considered a no-show if:
• The customer cannot be contacted.
• The customer fails to appear at the agreed pickup location.
• The customer leaves the airport or pickup area without notifying the driver.
No-shows are non-refundable.
9. VEHICLE SUBSTITUTION
Lucky 7 Transportation LLC reserves the right to substitute a comparable vehicle when necessary due to maintenance, safety concerns, vehicle availability, or operational requirements.
10. AFFILIATE AND PARTNER OPERATORS
Lucky 7 Transportation LLC may utilize qualified affiliate transportation providers, independent operators, or subcontracted transportation companies when necessary.
11. PASSENGER CONDUCT
Drivers may refuse service to any passenger whose behavior threatens the safety of the driver, vehicle, or other passengers.
No refunds will be issued in such cases.
12. CHILD SAFETY SEATS
Complimentary child safety seats may be provided upon request and subject to availability.
13. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Lucky 7 Transportation LLC shall not be liable for delays, interruptions, or service disruptions caused by traffic, weather, airline schedule changes, airport operations, mechanical emergencies, public safety incidents, or events beyond our reasonable control.
14. LOST AND FOUND
Passengers are responsible for checking the vehicle before exiting.
Lucky 7 Transportation LLC is not responsible for lost, damaged, or forgotten items.
15. SERVICE AREA
Services are primarily provided throughout the San Francisco Bay Area and surrounding regions.
16. CHANGES TO TERMS
Lucky 7 Transportation LLC reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time.
