If you do not get a copy of your form submission within the next 10 minutes; please check your junk email folder. If you still do not have an email after filling out the form, please re-submit the form as you may have entered an email address incorrectly.

We will send you a confirmation email and a text within less then an hour, with a Flat Rate.
All you have to do is reply Confirm if you agree, or Cancel if you don’t. Please don’t wait until the last minute to cancel.
It’s not confirmed or cancelled until you receive confirmation or cancellation.
If we don’t hear from you within 24 hrs, your reservation may be cancelled due to no response. STOP & Read:
If the booking is made after 10pm, you will receive a confirmation after 4am and your pick up time has to be after 6am the next day.
(our office is closed from 10pm to 4am)

The driver will always contact you 45 minutes prior to pick up time, if you do not get contacted, it means you are not in our pick up schedule, or maybe entered the wrong date or time. Please contact us if we still have 40 minutes to pick you up, please don’t wait last minute to contact us !
